Now, as Vice President of Business Development for Veloture Development Group, he guides clients through all phases of commercial and industrial project development – including site selection, real estate purchase, leaseback construction, and other services. His deep understanding of administration and negotiation protocols, environmental analysis, federal, state, and local incentive programs, and project management helps him steer clients through the many stages of a successful development project. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Tennessee Technological University, an MBA from Norwich University, and is a member of the Tennessee Economic Development Council.

Middle Tennessee State University; Jordan began his next chapter with his family’s company, Cooper Steel. He started in onsite project management, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in the construction industry, and later transitioned into the leadership roles of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer with the company. As CFO, he plays a vital role in ensuring the success of company acquisitions, partnerships, and financial planning.



Jordan also became a licensed real estate broker in 2016, pursuing his passion for real estate and economic development. Since that time, he has facilitated and closed over $85 million dollars in commercial real estate and machinery/equipment transactions, facilitating a residential development of over 70 acres, and contributed to over $43.00 million worth of commercial leaseback agreements since 2017.



Jordan currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife Brittney and daughter Olivia “Livy”. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending various sporting events. Even when not working, Jordan is continuously seeking development opportunities in those communities for which he works and lives and across middle TN.
